We connect individuals and families with pathways to success by creating access to careers, education, entrepreneurship, and financial resources. Through career fairs, networking events, workshops, and strategic partnerships, we help people discover opportunities that lead to long-term economic mobility and personal growth.

We believe knowledge creates confidence and confidence creates change. Our educational programs, leadership development, mentorship, and skill-building events equip youth and adults with the tools they need to achieve their goals, overcome barriers, and build brighter futures.
Community
Strong communities are built through collaboration. We bring together nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, and community partners to provide essential resources, support services, and meaningful connections. By making these resources accessible through community events, we help strengthen individuals, families, and neighborhoods together.
From Vision to Impact
What started as a mission to uplift youth and families has grown into a dynamic alliance strengthening Rockland’s business and community landscape.
Meet Next Gen was founded in 2019 by Quisha Coleman with a simple but powerful vision: to create meaningful connections that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. After returning home to Rockland County, Quisha recognized the need for greater access to opportunities, resources, and collaborative spaces where people could grow, learn, and thrive together.
What began as a grassroots initiative to bring people together through community events has grown into a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing opportunity, empowerment, and community. Through career fairs, educational workshops, youth development programs, resource expos, networking events, and strategic partnerships, Meet Next Gen connects people with the tools, services, and relationships they need to build brighter futures.
Today, Meet Next Gen serves as a trusted community connector, bringing together residents, businesses, nonprofits, educators, and public agencies to create lasting impact. Our mission is to ensure that every individual and family has access to the opportunities, education, and resources needed to thrive, while fostering stronger, more connected communities for generations to come.
