Event Liability Waiver

By participating in a Meet Next Gen event, program, or activity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation in community events may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, outdoor conditions, and interaction with other participants. By attending or participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Meet Next Gen Foundation, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or personal property issues that may occur during participation in events or activities.

Participants agree to follow event guidelines and safety instructions provided by event staff and volunteers.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation.

By registering for or attending a Meet Next Gen event, you acknowledge and accept this liability waiver.

Donation Refund Policy

Meet Next Gen appreciates the generosity and support of our donors. Donations made to support our programs, events, and community initiatives are generally considered final and non-refundable.

However, if a donation has been made in error or if you believe a billing mistake has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can review the request.

Vendor Agreement Terms

By registering as a vendor for a Meet Next Gen event, vendors agree to the following terms:

Vendor Registration

Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. Vendor registration fees are required to secure a space.

Payment

Vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Payments made for vendor spaces are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Meet Next Gen.

Setup and Operation

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials including tables, chairs, displays, and equipment unless otherwise stated. Vendors must operate within the space assigned and follow all event guidelines.

Conduct

Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful environment for all attendees. Meet Next Gen reserves the right to remove vendors who engage in inappropriate behavior or who violate event guidelines.

Liability

Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, merchandise, and materials. Meet Next Gen Foundation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Compliance

Vendors must comply with all applicable local laws, permits, and regulations related to the sale or promotion of goods and services.

Meet Next Gen reserves the right to update vendor policies or refuse vendor participation when necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the event.

Photo & Media Release Policy

Meet Next Gen Foundation regularly documents its programs, events, and community initiatives through photography, video recordings, and other media.

By attending or participating in Meet Next Gen events, programs, or activities, participants acknowledge that photographs, video footage, or other recordings may be taken for the purpose of promoting and documenting the organization’s work.

These images and recordings may be used by Meet Next Gen Foundation in:

  • Social media platforms

  • Website and promotional materials

  • Newsletters and marketing campaigns

  • Event recaps and community reports

  • Press and media coverage

Participation in an event constitutes consent for Meet Next Gen to use these materials without compensation.

For participants under the age of 18, consent is assumed to be granted by a parent or legal guardian through event registration or attendance.

If a participant or parent/guardian prefers that photos or recordings not be used, they may notify Meet Next Gen in advance by contacting:

Volunteer Agreement Form

Meet Next Gen Volunteer Agreement

Thank you for volunteering with Meet Next Gen Foundation. Our volunteers are an essential part of our mission to support families, strengthen the community, and create opportunities for the next generation.

By volunteering, you agree to the following:

Commitment to Community

Volunteers agree to support Meet Next Gen’s mission and represent the organization in a positive and respectful manner while participating in events or activities.

Code of Conduct

Volunteers are expected to treat all participants, families, staff members, and fellow volunteers with respect and professionalism at all times.

Discrimination, harassment, unsafe behavior, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

Safety and Responsibility

Volunteers agree to follow all instructions provided by event organizers and to prioritize safety while performing assigned tasks.

Liability

Volunteers participate at their own discretion and acknowledge that Meet Next Gen Foundation is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during volunteer activities.

Media Consent

Volunteers understand that photos or video may be taken during events and may be used for promotional or documentation purposes by Meet Next Gen.

Confidentiality

Volunteers agree to respect the privacy of individuals and families served through Meet Next Gen programs.

Many Meet Next Gen events serve families and children. Participants are expected to maintain appropriate language, behavior, and activities that reflect a family-friendly atmosphere.

Safety and Cooperation

Attendees must follow instructions provided by event organizers, staff, and volunteers to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the event.

Unsafe behavior, disruption of event activities, or interference with staff or volunteers may result in removal from the event.

Vendor and Participant Conduct

Vendors, partners, and participants are expected to operate responsibly, follow event guidelines, and maintain a respectful presence throughout the event.

Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are not permitted at Meet Next Gen events:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior

  • Violence or aggressive conduct

  • Illegal activities

  • Unauthorized solicitation or disruptive promotion

  • Possession or use of illegal substances

Enforcement

Meet Next Gen reserves the right to remove any individual or vendor from an event if their behavior violates this Code of Conduct or disrupts the safety and experience of others.
